The UK GDPR is the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, which became effective on January 1st, 2021. The law covers the key principles along with rights and obligations when processing personal data in the United Kingdom and sits alongside the Data Protection Act 2018. It applies to any organization who offers goods and services to individuals in the UK and/or monitors behaviour of any individuals in the UK.

The trustees of Keswick Hall Trust have carefully considered the implications of the Regulation and have determined that the grant applicant must give explicit consent to the recording of information contained in the grant application

In submitting this application therefore, I confirm that to the best of my knowledge and belief the information provided in this application is accurate and also, I give my explicit consent to the following:

1. Keswick Hall Trust will record my details electronically and on electronic backups

3. Date Information Removed will be in accordance with the Keswick Hall Trust Data Retention Policy – a copy of which is available on request.

Payment of any grant will be by Bank Transfer to the applicant upon receipt of a confirmation certificate of commencement of study.
